It's a fact that there are some seniors that need their equity to employ for cash flow in order to survive. Seniors should be educated on their individual options and be allowed to make their own choices. The Govt should not be able to dictate how one can or should utilize their own equity. Homeowners have built their equity, they should be able to liquidate it to any advantage they can find. Now with all of the Congressional changes to limits, there will be more stipulations involved. Its confusing enough to understand a reverse mortgage without having to understand political indemnifications. I'm dedicated to utilize the skills and talents of EYE TEAM to benefit the individual while being knowledgeable and cautious of all of the do's and dont's. There are 3 sides to every coin.
